PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION POLICY
This policy sets forth the general principles of personal data processing activities carried out by BidoluReyon (“Company”). For detailed information, please refer to the KVKK Information Text and Privacy Policy.
1. PURPOSE
The company processes personal data in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation, accurately and up-to-date, limited to specific and legitimate purposes, measured and time-bound.
2. DATA SECURITY
Technical and administrative measures (access control, encryption, backup, personnel training, contractual safeguards) are applied.
3. DATA PROCESSOR AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
We work with suppliers who work as data processors for the performance of the service, within the framework of contracts and instructions in accordance with KVKK.
4. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
The data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose of processing no longer exists or the legal period expires; Periodic destruction policies are applied.
5. USE OF RIGHTS
İlgili kişiler, KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki taleplerini info@bidolureyon.com üzerinden iletebilir.
6. POLICY UPDATES
The policy may be updated according to legal changes or business processes.
